Made in small batch sauces (120 botts) by hand and to this sauce add grilled red peppers to base roasted onion, ginger and garlic recipe to give a sweet hot taste. This sauce is not just about heat - is definitely not the hottest out there - it definitely still packs a punch, albeit perfectly balanced.
