Hoot Ness Monster | Hoots Sauce CLASSICO
The idea behind the monster is to have a cooling sauce that the whole family can handle, in luminous green of course. Cucumber juice and pulp are combined with roasted peppers, nettle and a hint of ground coriander. It's fresh, herby and plays well with others.
