Spicy Rum, Peach & Gingerella

In celebration of National Cocktail Day, we teamed up with the homies at Cut Rum & Karma Drinks to create a one off cocktail, with spicy twist.

What you need...

"Cut to the spice" Spiced Rum
Karma drinks "Gingerella" Ginger Ale
2 Peaches (peeled and chopped)
1 Jalapeno
1/2 Cup of Water
Juice of 1 lime
1 small knob of fresh Ginger (chopped)
Fresh mint leaves
Ice cubes

Method... (For one drink...)
  1. Place the peaches, fresh ginger and 1/2 cup of water in a saucepan and simmer for about 15-20 mins.

  2. Leave cool down add in chopped jalapeno and lime juice.

  3. Strain the spicy juice.

  4. Add ice cubes into a glass, fresh mint leaves (slap them lightly onto your hands to increase flavours) and the spicy juice.

  5. Add a shot of the spiced rum into the glass.

  6. Mix and top up the glass with Gingerella Ale...serve and enjoy
