As part of the Metroland ‘Bangkok’ beer release Two Tribes & Devil Dog Sauces created, their Nightmarket ‘Nam Jim Jaew’ dipping sauce. The beer is the base that layers classic Thai flavours such as galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime to name a few. They then then loaded it with the fire of Thai Birdseye chilli. Expect crunch from the the Nam Jim Jaew style dipping sauce from the added ingredient of toasted Thai sticky rice.
