Every year we drop these lists to keep your taste buds informed on the latest and greatest hot sauces the UK has to offer.

In just one year, a new wave of hot sauce alchemists have entered the scene, whilst many veteran hot sauce makers have flipped their side hustles into full time gigs.

If you love hot sauce as much as us, then now is a chance to celebrate the hot sauce lords & ladies from across the United Kingdom.
