Habanero Hot Sauce by Masa Tortillas

This hot sauce will soon be setting up camp on your dining table.  This perfectly balanced recipe combines fruity habanero heat with a mellow carrot base and citrus from a squeeze of lime. You’ll start off adding it to tacos and quesadillas and soon be slapping it on everything from mac & cheese to pizza.

Ingredients: White wine vinegar, carrot, habanero chilli pepper, onion, water, lime juice (potassium metabisulphite), garlic sea salt.)
