Woodfire Chilli Hot Sauce
Hoots Sauce, is a Scottish inspired Bruton based handcrafted, small batch hot sauce. Made by chef Bruce Clyne-Watson, borne out of a passion for fire and spice. With hints of the highlands scotch bonnet chillis are scorched and smoked over native sustainable wood & charcoal then fermented.
Ingredients: Scotch bonnet chilli, Moroccan red chilli, Swede, Red pepper, Rapeseed Oil, Garlic, Salt, Chilli seeds, Xanthan Gum.
