This sauce is for only the brave among us. An ode to the home of SLSC, Saint Reatham is the true taste of South London. This is a true blend of proper hot chillis (Carolina Reaper) and will certainly put hairs on your chest. Like Streatham herself, this sauce doesn’t suffer fools.

Ingredients : Carolina reaper mash, onion, white vinegar, garlic paste, red pepper, tomato, tomato puree, spices (smoked paprika, chilli powder, cayenne pepper, sugar, salt, pepper, rapeseed oil, acetic acid (E260), xanthan gum.
