This sauce uses Bing cherries, a vanilla forward bourbon, and AAA graded Madagascan vanilla to create a BBQ that is as ambitious as it is tasty. The base for this sauce uses homemade tomato ketchup, spices, dark molasses, caramelised onion, and garlic.
