Locations - Brick Brewery, Peckhamting
South London brothers and hot sauce heads Richie & Alex take the ‘slow cook’ throne with their take on the classic hog roast. Two of our favourite things are hot sauce and grilled food, the only way to make it better? Bang the joint in the middle of a brewery so you can grab a great pint while you’re at it. These guys offer their home-made sauces which are a perfect complement to their hog dominated menu, our favourites being the chilli apple sauce and the original hot sauce.
The Sauce - Original Hot Sauce and Chilli Apple Sauce both at £4.99
Bauce Brother Pick - Black Hog - Slow Roasted Pork, topped with Black Pudding and Slow Richie’s Original Hot Sauce.
Vegan Pick - The Beetroot - Marinated Raw Candied Beetroot, Grilled Goats Cheese & Homemade Roasted Tomato Chutney.

Not only do these guys do some of the best American food London has to offer, their brisket is certified USDA black angus coming straight from the other side of the pond. Also, on the menu is a wide range of burgers, hot dogs, nachos and loaded fries certifying this spot as the real American dream. If that wasn’t enough the place sells a range of sauces which gives Prairie Fire the full Bauce Brother’s seal of approval.
The Sauce - Caribbean Hot Sauce and Spicy BBQ Sauce both £6
Bauce Brother Pick - The KC Classic - 16hr oak smoked brisket served in a toasted bun with award winning BBQ sauce - £9.50

This family ran business has been feeding football fans with their traditional seasonings and recipes for over ten years. Delicious jerk, tender curried goat and some extra fire from their own range of sauces, Lesleys.

The best burger in London, change my mind. Patty&Bun has gone from strength to strength since opening their first restaurant in James Street back in 2012. All produce is sourced from ethical British farmers who are strictly free range and use organic feeds. This burger joint is a must go also offering great music, perfect ambience, craft beer and of course, hot sauce! Every table has Patty & Bun’s very own hot sauce so you can smother your burger and chips to elevate your meal to the next level or if at home you can order it from their store.
The Sauce - Patty&Bun Hot Sauce £2.75
Bauce Brother Pick - Ari Gold Cheeseburger + Hand Cut Chips with Chicken Skin Salt - £13.45
Vegan Pick - Ari Gold Cheeseburger (Vegan) and Hand Cut Chips - £12.50

Another Jerk spot but we aren’t mad at it, Caribbean flavours are just perfect for hot sauce and we can’t get enough. Mama Jerk’s secret recipe originated in Mandeville Manchester, Jamaica and is now blessing our taste buds right here in the big smoke. Back in 2010 Mama Jerks started at the Vibe Bar on Brick lane and now has 3 permanent venues and does various pop ups across the country. Grab some hot pepper pickle sauce while you’re there, you won’t regret it.
The Sauce - Hot Pepper Pickle - £4.00
Bauce Brother Pick - Jerk Roti Wraps and Jerk Spice Fries - £14.50
Vegan Pick - One Love Vegan Box - £10
