Smokey Pear & Seaweed Sriracha by Fattso Hot Sauce | FERMENT

This sauce takes a recognisable every day hot sauce in sriracha and takes it two a whole new level! Made with red jalapeños and chipotle for a wonderful level of heat and subtle smokey flavour. This is then lacto-fermented with wakame seaweed to boost the umami, pears for a bit of fruitiness and lots of garlic! All these ingredients are carefully balanced to create this do it all hot sauce with a real difference. It’s complex intriguing and perfectly balanced,
