Peckham Smoker by Farey’s Hot Sauce | FERMENT

This fermented, aged and oak smoked hot pepper sauce is packed full of Scotch bonnets, UK oak-smoked jalanenops, aspall cyder vinegar Maldon sea salt.

We’ve been huge fans of this sauce and its smokey notes since we first tasted it at the Hot Sauce Society in 2019. It’s even featured in both our subscription boxes and our gift boxes - that’s how much we love it.

We only eat oysters laced in this and we think you should too.
