Nam Jim Jaew by Devil Dog & Two Tribes | COLLAB

Inspired by the Metroland ‘Bangkok’ beer release Two Tribes and Devil Dog Sauces came together and released a bunch of luxury hot sauces, one of those being the ‘Nam Jim Jaew’ dipping sauce.

The beer is the base that layers classic Thai flavours such as galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime to name a few. It is then loaded with the fire of the Thai Birdseye chilli. Later, you get the subtle crunch from the dipping sauce which is laced with the added ingredient of toasted Thai sticky rice.
